In Rwanda
Hi gang! thanks for all the notes, it is really nice to read them.
We have done so much and taken so many pics in the last week or so that I have tons to post, but being that Im on a super slow dial up and trying to use this stupid international keyboard, this is just a quick note to say we are safe in Rwanda. We did our second Gorilla trekk here today and move back to Uganda tnr AM, where we will spend the next two days (rafting hopeully one day).
Im very happy to once again have flush toilets, electricity and hot showers!
From here on out we should have access to internet.
bed time for me…
Felix Ill email you the admin info for windsong, thx

Hi Tori! Welcome back to civilization (i.e. a place with flush toilets and internet access) and glad to see you are safe and sound in Rwanda. Did you meet any friendly gorillas? You aren’t missing much out here; it is even raining! Anyhow, am especially glad to see you back online since Stacey’s journal (as I guess you know now) got taken over by a Turkish Hacker.
Am looking forward to getting admin privileges. In any case, have a wonderful time in Rwanda (and the next few days, Uganda) and take care!

Coolness! sonds like it’s been great. aside from the lack of tofu, of course. but I bet you and Linda are surviving w/o it.
the most wildlife *I’ve* seen lately was the millipede I picked up which scared Chris half to death. oh, and elephant seals; they’re soo cool. but certainly no primates other than Homo sapiens sapiens.
as Felix asked, did you meet any gorillas (friendly or otherwise)?
ok, back to more procrastinating…er, I mean dissertation writing.
