A few months ago I was getting some coffee at one of my many local Starbucks, and the barista handed me my cappuccino with a little design in the foam. At first I thought she did it by accident, but it turned out she was very proud of having recently learned how to make designs in the foam of cappuccinos and was enjoying practicing her newly found skill.

I had no idea that this was a thing - after a bit of googling, I discovered her simple design was just the beginning…
